Registration Details:

The bank details for payment are provided on the website.

Registration fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Spot Registration Fees will be Rs 8999
-
Exception: Specially-abled individuals are exempt from registration fees.

Trunk number allocation for Specially Abled category participants will be on 23rd February at the venue, no need to attend pre-registration on 22nd February.
Event Participation:

All participants will receive a certificate of participation and goodies on the event day.

A medal and certificate of participation will be awarded during the event.
Participant Eligibility:

Participant who has participated in any open bodybuilding competition in last 1 year are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate

Participants must submit both a soft copy and an original hard copy of their Aadhar Card, along with signed disclaimer forms.

Any athlete facing legal or criminal charges will not be permitted to participate.

Age, weight, height measurements, and blood tests will be conducted on 22nd February 2025.

Women's Model Group won't allow Bikini Model Participants.

Torn Jeans/Shorts are not allowed in Street Model Category
-
Tanning is not mandatory for denim jeans/street model category

Belts not allowed in street model category
Code of Conduct:

Athletes are responsible for the social behavior and decency of their supporting crowd inside the venue.

Dress codes for specific categories must be adhered to, ensuring modesty during stage performances.

Participation tokens must be worn on stage.
Event Procedures

Athletes should arrive at the venue on time. Delays will not be accommodated.

Groups with fewer than 7 athletes will be merged with another group.

Lodging is not included in the registration fees.
Judging & Decisions:

All decisions by the judges' panel are final. The organizers are not liable for any judgment.
Medical Assistance:

On request, medical facilities will be promptly provided to athletes.
Photography & Videography:

Professional photography or videography is prohibited inside the venue without prior approval.

Live streaming or blogging is not allowed without organizer permission.

The organizer reserves the right to retain and use stage photographs of athletes.
Force Majeure Clause:
-
In case of unforeseen events, including but not limited to war, epidemics, lockdowns, riots, or natural disasters, the event date may be revised, or the competition may be canceled. In such cases, the registration fee is non-refundable.
auditorium rules

No food is allowed inside auditorium
-
If Any athlete is found damaging auditorium walls with color will be charged Rs 5000 fine by the auditorium authority.
